- 1 lb. hamburger meat (lean)
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. boiled shrimp, chopped
- 1 lb. lean pork, cut up
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped carrots
- 3/4 c. chopped bean sprouts
- 3/4 c. cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 Tbsp. m.s.g.
- 1/4 c. soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 egg white plus 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. canola oil
- 1 or 2 pkg. wonton wrappers
Directions

1Cook hamburger meat, pork, shrimp, onions, peppers, carrots, bean sprouts and cabbage together.

2Drain well and add egg, m.s.g. and soy sauce.

3Spoon ingredients into wonton wrappers.

4Roll and deep fry until golden brown.
