  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 scallions (green onions; optional)
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wraps

    Brown beef and pork together; drain off grease.
