- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 2 heads chopped cabbage (1 small and 1 medium)
- 8 grated carrots
- 1 medium minced onion
- 1 pkg. chicken breast or shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 bottle Kikkoman soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Mix cabbage, carrots and onion.

2Set aside.

3Slice and dice chicken into small pieces.

4If shrimp, dice into small pieces also. Using wok or fry-pan, add oil. Let it heat up.

5Add garlic and chicken. Stir until cooked.

6Slowly add vegetable mixture. Keep stirring until all is in the pan.

7Cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Add soy sauce until the flavor you like, 2/3 cup or less.
