- 1 (10 to 12 pound) turkey
- 3 recipes Nono's stuffing, recipe above
Directions

1Prepare turkey by removing giblets and boil for stuffing.

2Wash turkey well and pat dry.

3Stuff turkey and rub with vegetable oil.

4Wrap wing tips and end of legs with foil to avoid over-cooking.

5Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven and tent with foil for first hour.

6Remove tenting and allow to brown until done, until a thermometer inserted reads 165 degrees F, about 1 1/2 more hours.

7Allow to rest for 20 minutes.

8Remove stuffing from cavity and carve turkey.
