- 1 medium onion or 1/2 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/3 c. water chestnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook meat. Chop remaining ingredients very fine or run through a food processor.

2Return all ingredients to large skillet and cook until tender.

3Place 1 teaspoonful in wonton wraps and deep-fry.

4Serve hot with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
