- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- handful of bean sprouts
- soy sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 x 6-inch egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Use a wok.

2Shred cabbage, chop onion, celery and carrots. Finely chop garlic.

3Brown meat and set aside.

4Brown garlic, onion, carrots and celery in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

5Cook 3 to 4 minutes, then add meat and cabbage.

6Cook until cabbage starts to wilt.

7Remove from wok.

8Drain in colander.

9Let cool.

10Roll mixture in wrappers.

11Fry in hot skillet (water end corner of wrapper so it will stick).
