- 2 whole chickens
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 pkg. egg roll wraps
Directions

1Stew chickens until tender; cool.

2Debone and chop into small pieces.

3Shred remaining ingredients in food processor (or chop finely).

4Mix with chicken.

5Stir in soy sauce and 1/4 of the broth from the chicken.

6Spoon into middle of egg roll wrappers. Wrap over, tucking in sides.

7Secure by moistening edges with water.

8Deep fry in oil until lightly browned.

9This recipe will serve 12 people.
