- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 or 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Mix together in pan eggs, flour, butter, vinegar and sugar; cook until thick, stirring constantly.

2Remove from heat.

3Add cream cheese and mix well.

4Add evaporated milk and put in chopped onion.

5Add cut up eggs and mix.
