  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 or 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Mix together in pan eggs, flour, butter, vinegar and sugar; cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Add cream cheese and mix well.

    Add evaporated milk and put in chopped onion.

    Add cut up eggs and mix.
