  • 8 large eggs
  • 13 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • salt, opional
  • pepper, opional
  • 8 slices bread

    Hard boil eggs and allow them to cool or even refrigerate the day before.

    Peel and finely chop eggs.

    cut onion in half save half for other recipes.

    finely chop half of the small oinion.

    Place relish, onion, egg, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

    serve cold in a salad, on bread, toast, or crackers as desired.
