  • 9 slices bread, cubed
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Beat eggs and add milk.

    Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.

    If refrigerated, bake 10 minutes longer.
