  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
