- 1/4 c. julienne sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. broccoli or spinach, chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- chopped green onion tops (scallions, for garnish)
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
Directions

1Bring broth to a boil.

2Simmer vegetables 10 to 15 minutes. Add beaten eggs and stir until eggs are cooked and stringy. Garnish with chopped green onions and a few drops of soy sauce and sesame oil.
