- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 slices white bread (1/4-inch cubes or smaller)
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt together.

3Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.

4Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
