Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound crispy bacon or possibly shredded ham
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1/3 c. finely minced onion
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper

Directions

    Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on bottom.

    Place remaining ingredients in blender.

    Blend 1 minute on high speed.

    Pour into cake pan on top of other ingredients at 350 degrees.

    Bake 50-55 min or possibly till knife in center comes out clean.

    Let stand 5 min before cutting.
