  • 1 doz. eggs with 1 c. milk
  • white bread with crusts cut off
  • Dijon mustard
  • sharp cheese
  • butter
  • sausage

Directions

    Mix butter and Dijon mustard and spread on bread.

    Spread layer of bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover with layer of grated cheese and layer of cooked sausage.

    Layer one more time. Pour milk and egg mixture over bread.
  5. 5
    Cook at 350° until top is brown.
