  • 6 oz. grated cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook sausage and drain.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Layer pie shell with cheese and sausage.

    Pour egg mixture over this and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
