- 1 puff pastry
- 4 1/4 cups milk
- 8 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup flour or cornstarch
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius.

2In a saucepan, bring the milk, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick to a boil.

3In another small pan, add the flour and sugar, and mix.

4After the milk boils, discard the lemon zest and the cinnamon stick.

5Pour the milk into pan with flour and sugar.

6Mix well, and heat again. Add egg yolks, and stir well until thickened.

7Remove from heat, and fill the pans.

8Bake until slightly golden on top, about 10 to 15 minutes.
