  • 8 pastry shells
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Bake pastry shells for 10 minutes in 375° oven.

    Beat eggs. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and oil together in a bowl.

    Pour mix into pastry shells.

    Bake 20 minutes in 375° oven until light golden brown.
