  • 2 Egg whites
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp Pancake mix
  • 1 Vanilla extract

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Line the baking pan with kitchen parchment paper or oil.

    Preheat the oven to 180C (356 Fahrenheit).

    Beat the egg whites until peaks form, adding the sugar as you go.

    Mix in the vegetable oil.

    Fold in 1/3 of the pancake mix at a time.

    In the final addition, add the vanilla extract as well.

    Pour into the pan and bake at 180C (356 Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes and it's done.

    This one has cocoa powder in the batter.
