- 2 Egg whites
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp Pancake mix
- 1 Vanilla extract

1Prepare the ingredients.

2Line the baking pan with kitchen parchment paper or oil.

3Preheat the oven to 180C (356 Fahrenheit).

4Beat the egg whites until peaks form, adding the sugar as you go.

5Mix in the vegetable oil.

6Fold in 1/3 of the pancake mix at a time.

7In the final addition, add the vanilla extract as well.

8Pour into the pan and bake at 180C (356 Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes and it's done.
