    Ok again I never really measure anything I just sprinkle enough to cover the surface.

    Actually to me the olive oil is really what gives the mayo it's taste so adjust as needed and keep in the fridge.

    I just made this last night so I'm not sure how long it will last in the fridge probably about as long as the sour cream.
