  • 3/4 c. whiskey or to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pt. cream (heavy)

    Beat egg yolks well.

    Beat in whiskey a little at a time. Beat egg whites, adding sugar.

    Fold whites into yolk mixture, then fold in cream.
