  • 4 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp. rum
  • 2 tbsp. bourbon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ground nutmeg

Directions

    Combine egg yolks, milk and sugar in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it coats a spoon. Remove from heat and put pan in ice water and stir in whipped cream, rum, bourbon and vanilla. Cover and chill for 24 hours.
