- 1 pkg. jello vanilla pudding
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 qt. milk
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1 c. whipping cream
- nutmeg
Directions

1Combine pudding mix, sugar and 1/4 cup milk in 2-quart saucepan.

2Add egg yolks and blend.

3Add milk; mix well.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil (about 10 minutes).

5Cool.

6Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in cooled pudding mixture.

7Add vanilla and Grand Marnier; cool 2 hours.

8Just before serving, whip the cream and add.

9Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
