- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. brandy, rye or whiskey
- 1/2 c. Jamaican rum
- 6 egg whites
- 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.

2Beat in sugar. Slowly add brandy and rum.

3Cover and chill.

4Just before serving, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and milk to thin. Place in punch bowl; sprinkle with nutmeg.
