- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ground nutmeg

1Separate eggs.

2Beat yolks until frothy. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and beat.

3In a separate bowl, beat cream with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until thick. Stir into beaten yolks. Cream mixture.

4Chill 2 to 3 hours. Stir gently before serving.

5Sprinkle nutmeg.
