Ingredients
- 4 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 3/4 c. canned or dairy eggnog
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. chopped dried apricots
- 3/4 c. golden raisins
Directions

1Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg in large mixing bowl.

2Combine eggs, eggnog and oil.

3Add to flour mixture.

4Stir in raisins and apricots.

5Pour into two greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.

6Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

7(Cover with foil after 40 minutes if bread browns too quickly.)

8Cool in pans for 10 minutes.

9Remove from pans and cool on rack.

10Wrap and store in refrigerator.
