  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. rum or 1 tsp. rum extract
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice

    Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool completely before removing from pans.

    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
