- 2 tbsp. (2 env.) unflavored gelatin
- 4 c. bottled eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (10 inch) baked pie shell
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. heavy whipped cream
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin in 1 c. of cool eggnog in top of double boiler to soften.

2Place over boiling water.

3Add in sugar and stir till gelatin and sugar are dissolved.

4Add in remaining eggnog.

5Add in nutmeg.

6Refrigeratetill consistency of unbeaten egg white.

7Whip gelatin mix till light and fluffy.

8Fold into whipped cream and pour into pie shell.

9Refrigeratetill hard.

10Garnish with additional whipped cream, shaved chocolate, maraschino cherries, etc.
