Eggnog Mallow Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 oz. petite marshmallows (about 3 c.)
- 2/3 c. eggnog
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Butter sides of heavy 3-quart saucepan.

2Place sugar, marshmallows, eggnog, butter, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until marshmallows are melted.

3Turn heat to medium and cook until mixture boils.

4Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, to 230° on candy thermometer.

5Add chocolate pieces and cook 5 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted.

6Stir in nuts.

7Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.

8Cool to room temperature.

9Chill.

10Cut into squares. Yield:
