  • 12 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 teaspoon Sweet 'n Low
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions

    Mix oats, flax seed and water.

    Cook to desired consistency (my microwave is about 2 minutes).

    Let cool.

    Mix in egg.

    Microwave 20 seconds at a time, then stir.

    Repeat until egg begins to coagulate.

    Add milk, vanilla, sweet n low, and sprinkling of nutmeg.
