  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 34 cup cottage cheese (for protein) (optional)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 34 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Mix eggnog, egg, oil, and cottage cheese together.

    Combine flour, soda, and salt and add to eggnog mixture.

    Cook on hot skillet.

    For waffles put an additional 1 Tablespoon oil into the mixture.
