- 34 cup cottage cheese (for protein) (optional)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 34 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt

1Mix eggnog, egg, oil, and cottage cheese together.

2Combine flour, soda, and salt and add to eggnog mixture.

4For waffles put an additional 1 Tablespoon oil into the mixture.
