Eggnog Pie

  • 1 1/2 c. cold dairy or canned eggnog
  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (vanilla)
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled

Directions

    Pour eggnog and milk into a bowl.

    Add pudding mix.

    Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute.

    Pour at once into pie shell.

    Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with whipped topping and sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
