Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. spinach, frozen
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. spinach juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) jalapeno cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Cook spinach, drain and save juice.

    In a small pan, combine margarine, onions, garlic salt, Worcestershire and flour.

    Stir over medium heat until onions wilt.

    Add milk and spinach juice. Grate cheese and add.

    Stir until melted.

    Put spinach in a casserole dish, pour sauce over and stir.

    Sprinkle with croutons and bake at 350° until bubbles.
