- 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
- 1 14 cups eggnog
- 2 large eggs
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.

3Increase speed to medium, and beat 2 minutes.

4Pour into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 mintues or until a long wooden pick inserted comes out clean.

6Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes.

7Remove from pan to wire rack and cool competely (about 1 hour).
