- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).

2Grease bottom of 9X5 loaf pan.

3Beat eggs in large bowl.

4Stir in sugar, butter, eggnog, rum extract, vanilla extract.

5Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

6Stir dry mix into egg mixture, just enough to moisten dry ingredients.

7Pour batter into pan.

8Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until tooth pick comes out clean when poked in the middle.

9Let cool for 10 min then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.

10Wrap and store in refridgerator.
