  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. well drained tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 c. corn bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • butter or bacon drippings
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
