Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 lb. cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil eggplant in salty water until tender.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into a glass pan and bake at 325° until firm. Squash may be substituted for eggplant if desired.
