- 1 eggplant
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. nut meats, finely ground
- 2 small onions (optional)
- 1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. sage
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- salt to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 pkg. onion soup (optional)
Directions

1Peel eggplant and cut into slices.

2Cook in small amount of salted water.

3Mash and add to remaining ingredients.

4Mix well and bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
