- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Fry eggplant, onion and garlic together.
