- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Place eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in a covered jar and shake well.

2Heat butter in skillet until melted over medium heat.

3Coat skillet with butter.

4Pour egg-cheese mixture into hot skillet. Cook over medium heat without stirring.

5Turn with spatula when eggs begin to firm on bottom.

6Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until eggs are firm.

7Serve warm.
