- 2 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheese
- 2 lb. cooked sausage, ham or bacon, crumbled
- 2 large cans mushrooms
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Sherry
Directions

1Scramble eggs with milk and 1/2 of butter.

2Saute mushrooms in remaining butter.

3Mix soup and sherry, heat in small pan. Put eggs in 9 x 13 baker, cover with meat, mushrooms and soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 250 for 50 minutes uncovered.

4Serves 10-12.
