- 8 slices white bread
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Remove crusts from bread.

2Break bread into cubes.

3Place bread into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

4Sprinkle grated cheese over bread.

5Beat eggs and mix with milk.

6Pour over bread and cheese.

7Pour butter over mixture.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight.

9To bake, place casserole dish in a pan of water.

10Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

11Serve warm.
