- 1 tsp. goose fat or butter
- 1 tsp. mayonaisse.
- 3 oz. mushrooms
- salt,pepper to taste
- parsley and Dill
Directions

1Hardboil the eggs,cool and cut in half the length; remove and retain the yellows.

2boil mushrooms, done; drain and chop; drain. Mix yellows,Butter,Mayonnaise,Sourcream,salt,mustard and pepper with the Mushrooms. Divide equally among the halves. garnish liberally with chopped or sprigs of parsley and Dill.
