- 12 eggs
- finely chopped onion and green pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 2 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 container whipped whipping cream (1 c.)
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Put 12 eggs in pan; break yolks.

3Put chopped onion and pepper on top of eggs and salt and pepper.

4Add mushrooms, sausage and cheese.

5Pour over whipped cream.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Uncover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

8Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

9Cut and serve.
