  • 12 eggs
  • finely chopped onion and green pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 container whipped whipping cream (1 c.)

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Put 12 eggs in pan; break yolks.

    Put chopped onion and pepper on top of eggs and salt and pepper.

    Add mushrooms, sausage and cheese.

    Pour over whipped cream.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Uncover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

    Cut and serve.
