  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
  • 2/3 c. half and half
  • mushrooms (optional)

    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese (1/4 pound).

    Crack eggs on top of cheese (3 rows of 4).

    Break yolks but do not mix.

    Salt and pepper.

    Add half and half.

    Add the ham and remaining cheese.

    Must set overnight.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
