- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
- 2/3 c. half and half
- mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese (1/4 pound).

3Crack eggs on top of cheese (3 rows of 4).

4Break yolks but do not mix.

5Salt and pepper.

6Add half and half.
-
7Add the ham and remaining cheese.

8Must set overnight.

9Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
