- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix mayonnaise and soup in saucepan over low heat, slowly adding milk until mixed and smooth.

3Remove from heat.

4Put small amount of sauce in bottom of buttered casserole dish.

5Slice eggs in circles and layer on top of sauce.

6Sprinkle with some green onions and bacon.
-
7Repeat layer with sauce, eggs, onions and bacon.

8You should have at least 3 layers with top layer sprinkled with bacon.

9Bake at 350° until bubbly (30 to 40 minutes).

10Serve over biscuits.
