Ingredients

  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 small can sliced drained mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. onion (more if you like onion)

Directions

    Using 1 1/2-quart dish, layer sliced eggs, cheese, bacon and sauce.

    Continue but reserve enough bacon to sprinkle over top. Start with the eggs.

    Serve over English muffins or toast points. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
