Ingredients
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of white pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- small amount chopped onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Combine first five ingredients.

2Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth; add cheese.

3Cook over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is thick and smooth (about five minutes).

4Put two tablespoons of mixture in the bottom of six custard cups.

5Break an egg into each cup.

6Add another two tablespoons of mixture on top of each.

7Place in shallow pan containing one inch of hot water. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
