  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix the cheese, mustard, sausage and bread; pour in dish.

    Add the milk and eggs just before baking.

    (May be assembled the night before, except for milk and eggs.)
