- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- dash of salt
- 8 slices bread (remove crust and cube)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 c. dry vermouth
Directions

1In 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam, place bread cubes, sausage and cheese.

2Beat together eggs, milk and salt.

3Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.
